Glenda’s passion for real-estate began when she purchased her first home at 18 years old, trading up properties and successfully owning and operating a self-service laundromat in the Bay Area for 11 years.

Glenda is a graduate of San Francisco State University and recent graduate of Modesto Junior College. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Associate of Science Degree in Real Estate. Glenda has two daughters, one who is currently getting her Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology, while playing softball, and the oldest daughter is obtaining her masters in Psychology. Glenda enjoys bike riding in River Islands, Lake Merritt and Hayward Regional Shoreline.
